Reach Our Legal and Compliance Team

If you have a question about how our policies apply to your account, want to raise a dispute, or need to request your personal data, our dedicated legal contact paths are available seven days a week. We aim to respond to all formal legal enquiries within 48 hours of receipt. Whether you are writing about data access or a policy concern, you will receive a written response from a real team member — not an automated reply.

Team online

Legal Email

Send formal legal requests, data access queries, or policy dispute notices to our dedicated legal inbox. We document every incoming request and confirm receipt within one business day.

Live Chat Support

For general policy questions that do not require formal documentation, our live chat team can clarify terms and point you to the right section without any delays or queuing.

Postal Address

For notices that require a physical correspondence record — such as formal dispute letters — our registered legal address is available upon request through your account dashboard.

DATA & SECURITY

How We Protect and Manage Your Account

Security and transparency are not optional extras for us — they shape how every part of the platform is built.

Data Encryption

All personal and financial data you submit — including UPI IDs and Paytm wallet details — is encrypted at rest and in transit using current-standard protocols. No readable payment credentials are stored on our servers after a transaction completes.

Cookie Handling

We use session and analytics cookies to keep your account active and understand how pages perform. You can adjust cookie preferences from the settings panel in your account; withdrawing consent for non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to log in.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available on every account. We strongly encourage you to enable it through your security settings. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic hold and an alert to your registered email or phone number.

Data Retention

We keep transaction records, identity verification documents, and account activity logs for the period required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised in line with our documented retention schedule.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a copy of all data we hold on you, ask us to correct inaccurate records, or request deletion of your account data where local law permits. All such requests are handled by our legal team within 72 hours of written receipt.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes about account decisions, blocked transactions, or policy interpretation are handled through a documented internal review process. If an internal resolution is not reached, we will direct you to the appropriate external body under the law of your jurisdiction.

Common Legal Questions from Our Account Holders

These are the questions we receive most often about our legal terms, your data rights, and how to act on them. Each answer reflects our actual process — not a template response.

Access depends entirely on local law. We make the platform available where local law permits, and we do not override regional restrictions. Check the laws of your specific state or territory before opening an account with us.

Send a written request to our legal inbox with your registered account email and a form of identity confirmation. We will compile and send you a full data export within 72 hours. The export includes transaction logs, identity records, and communication history.

We share payment data only where required by law or to process your transaction with the relevant payment provider. We do not sell or transfer your UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe details to advertisers or marketing platforms under any circumstance.

We retain records for the period required under applicable law in your jurisdiction — typically between three and seven years for financial records. After that period, your data is either deleted or anonymised in line with our documented schedule.

Submit your dispute in writing to our legal team. An internal reviewer — separate from the team that made the original decision — will assess your case and respond within five business days with a written outcome and the reasoning behind it.

Go to the settings panel inside your account and locate the privacy or cookie preferences section. You can switch off analytics and marketing cookies without affecting your login session or core account functionality on any device.

Our terms reference the law of the jurisdiction in which we are registered. Where your local law applies differently, it takes precedence for matters directly affecting you. For specific jurisdictional questions, contact our legal team in writing.
