Account Security Practices

Your account password is stored as a salted hash — we never hold it in plain text. We also flag unusual login locations and can prompt re-verification when access patterns differ from your normal device or IP region.

Data Retention Schedule

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law. Payment transaction records are kept for the minimum period mandated by financial regulations and then securely deleted.

Third-Party Processor Controls

Payment method identifiers are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations, after which they are securely deleted. Full card or bank account numbers are never stored on our servers — only tokenised references provided by your payment provider.
